Orders and deliveries
The delivery of your order usually takes between 10 and 13 days. This allows us to offer the most competitive price possible without compromising the quality of our products. We are committed to providing you with the best value, and this delivery time helps us achieve that goal.
We are committed to processing and shipping orders quickly, within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. After receiving the shipping confirmation email, you can track the progress of your order using the detailed tracking information provided inside. Simply use the tracking data provided to follow your package on our shipping partners' website.
Since we work with an automated system, orders are processed immediately once placed. Therefore, it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process until delivery has been completed.
At Moda Wellington, we cover the shipping costs for all orders. All these products are delivered directly to your home completely free of charge, with no minimum order amount required.
Returns
At info@modawellington.com, we offer a 30-day return period from the receipt of your order. If you wish to return a product, simply follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@modawellington.com
- Include your order number and the reason for the return request.
- Attach a photo of the product, especially in case of breakage or damage.
- Provide your first and last name.
- Don't forget to include your address.
As soon as we receive your return request, we will contact you promptly with further instructions. Thank you for your cooperation!

If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including labels and packaging. Unfortunately, used products cannot be returned.
